We Are a full Service Property Management Firm

Applicants - We lease apartments as well as single-family and multi-family homes through out the Jefferson County Area. Our available rentals are viewable free or charge. Our application process is straightforward and all applicants are subject to a thorough credit report check, a check of puclic records for past convictions, employment or military service verification, verification of references and previous landlords and a criminal background check.

Landlords - We market your property through a number of venues both traditional and online. We process and conduct a thorough screening of all applicants  to include the aforementioned checks and verifications. We collect and process all rents and security deposits and provide both monthly statements and the annual tax documentation required by the Internal Revenue Service.

Maintenance - We are very responsive to all maintenance requests and strive to ensure everything in the homes remain in good working order. We provide online contact forms and emergency maintenance phone numbers for both during and after normal business hours. For the few requests outside of the normal scope and skill of our maintenance services staff and technicians, we will obtain honest, certified and dependable contract maintenance to ensure your home is repaired and kept in good working order.
